Yosemite National Park Lodging

All lodging in Yosemite National Park is run by Delaware North Corporation, which offers everything from budget tent cabins in Curry Village to luxurious $1,000/night suites at the historic Ahwahnee Hotel. During peak tourist season in July and August it can be hard to find a room in the park, but there are dozens of private hotels in towns outside the park. Popular gateway towns near Yosemite's western boundary include Groveland (Hwy 120), El Portal and Mariposa (Hwy 140), and Fish Camp and Oakhurst (Hwy 41). The small town of Lee Vining, lying at the eastern base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, offers lodging near Yosemite's dramatic eastern entrance. Private homes can also be rented in the towns outside Yosemite National Park.
